SOLINK INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURES CO., LTD. spin-off from DAH-MAAN PLASTIC INDUSTRY CO., LTD. on 2003 as the purposes of serving increased international sourcing business and OEM/ODM demands indepandantly. The Solink headquarter locates at downtown Kaohsiung in the bay area financial district. The private family ownered 8 floors building is the founding headquarter and main business and managing office until now. Within the harbor and financial districts, the office provides our operations and management very effective in handling international exports and logistics efficiently. In addition to the financial district is also very convienant for supporting business transations and information, the transportation to our several factories, warehouses and suppliers are within 1 hours distance. Most of our customers enjoyed staying in Kaohsiung when visiting us and our operations. Besides, within 2 hours driving distance, the national parks and pacific ocean beaches are near by. It is also very convienant for our customer's weekend get aways. -
QUALLINK PACIFIC MANUFACTURING GROUP CO., LTD. is the joint venture from Keep Journey Industry Co., Ltd. and Solink International Manufactures Co., Ltd. on 2008 to prvide more robust services in manufacturing and fabrications for various markets and industries. During earlier founding, Quallink mainly specializes in Automotive and Biking Industries. We proivde one-dragon services for automotive OE/AM parts and bike accessories projects. -
The SOLINK-QUALLINK assembly plant and warehousing facility were added to our operations for increased mass production and assembly needs for few customers. With this new facilities, we are able to ramp up our production yields and reduce the production lead time for high volume orders. Upon the founding of the failities, A quality control unit was also setuped here for monitoring and preparing all quality tasks. In the facilies, we also have a complete product and project show room to demostrate all historic projects and product involved for past years. -
Keep Journey Industry Co., Ltd.'s tooling shop operates daily in the state of art set setups with intelligent automation processes to maximize our yields and minimize our downtime for generating the most precise accuracy and standards. With the 2021 additional CNC plants and machines, we are offering our customers and projects more project securities without concerns on meeting schedule and leadtime.

SOLINK - QUALLINK Show Rooms and Product development meeting room. This facility is located in the SOLINK - QUALINK warehouse 2nd floor. We organized all product, samples, mockups , prototypes, projects and developments collection. The show room is an essential elements to our historic progresses for our operations as well as our marketing offerings. -
There are 3 assembly lines within our warehouse & assembly plant. In addition, we also have few additional assembly and packaging lines on our supplier's facilities to minimize all transportation and handling involved within different components and sub assembly connection from factories to factories. -
Warehouse and storage are also essential on daily operations. On the warehouse facilities, we have more than 1800 square meters of flat space with 3 shelves storage racks in houses to support our assembly lines and logistics needs. -
A Quality control station is near by our assembly lines so that we are effectively monitoring and dataing all manufacturing and assembly results for analysis and resolutions.

In-House CNC palnt is very important setup and essential elements to tooling quality control as well as later production quality and efficiency. Within the company's precision and standards scopes, our CNC machined components are complete within our facilities. Not just for robust lead time results but also robust for responsive to customer's intensive demands on quality within short lead time. -
Bench Work Setup is another essential element on making quality tooling. With the ergonomic working environment and state of art macheries, our engineers are able to perform their best know-how and experiences on their projects and tasks. -
Equipped with 150 tonages to 1500 tonnage injection machines, Our injection plant runs 3 shifts in 24 hours frequently as meeting our customers high demands and volumes in their markets. From the regualr therome-plastic to special engineering material, our machines and setups are capable for them. -
The CNC plants equipped with 10 CNC machines, the biggest operational dimensions are more than 2.5 meters in X and Y directions. In addition, our CAD/CAM softwares and hardware are the most current updated version to keep us ahead of all accuracy and precision. We are moving to new CNC facility on earlier 2021 where just right next to our tooling assembly plant and project manging office.

CNC and regular bending machines are frequently used for projects. With CNC bending machines and Automated feeders, we offer our customer and peojects high precision and high volume in production. In addition to metal tube bending processes, the aluminum alloy in extrusion tubes are also available for CNC and numeric bending processes. -
Metal stamping and bending are frequently used for projects. With semi-automated stamping machines and automated stampping machines, we offer our customer and peojects high precision and high volume in production. In addition to metal processes, the aluminum alloy in extrusion, die casting and forging processes are also available from our long term suppliers

Welding processes are available for robotic welding machines and general labor welding processes. Both are necessary for different setup and projects in our operations.

Running non stop assembly lines required experienced setup and assemblers. We have 2 ~ 3 conveyor assembly lines for particular product to maximize the output as well as the efficient in assembly. -
In house sewing services are only operated for prototypiung and sampling for customers. Once samples are confirmed for fianl produciton, we source all the soft fabric sewing processes to our long term suppliers for efficency and costs operation. -
We stock various soft fabric material , components, hardwares, colors and accesories for sewing components. In addition, we also inventory some fabric and colors for cusotmer who has small volume in production. -
Various quality testers are equipped in-houes for self-testing processes. In addition to our own tester, we also work with international standards with SGS lab certifications.
Solink Kaohsiung Office
Solink Kaohsiung Office locates in the down town of Kaohsiung City near the Bay District Financial Center Area. In the building and office, it responsible for all business planning, financial engagement, logistic planning and shipment arrangement, meeting conferencing, Researches & Designs Data Center as well as the data management hub for all business communication and work flows. This location is essential to Solink's business models in offering efficient operations, safer data management and effective communications for all customers and suppliers.
Solink-Quallink Plant
Solink Factory is respsonsible for Production, Assembly, Packaging, Quality Control, Warehousing for material and shipment. In addition to stampping, riveting and sewing processes, this locations is capable for 4 assembly lines and 1900 square mater of storage space on floors and racks.
The Solink product show room is also located in the factory as well as the quality control center with the product designs and engineeting works.
Quallink Injection Plant
Solink affiliated plastic injection plany located in the North region of Taiwan in the Xigang Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan (R.O.C.). It is 5 minitues away from the #8 Express Way Anding Exit. In the Injection factory, there are totoal of 7 injection machine, ranges from 170 tons ~ 1800 tons in services. The production plant is about 1800 square meter ground space with 3 floors construction.
Quallink Tooling Plant
Solink affliated tooling shop locates in the Anding Industrial District. This tooling plant is responsible for tooling engineering designs, Mold-Flow data analysis, tooling fabrication and benchwork for final assembly.
Quallink CNC Plant
Quallink's Tooling Shop operated CNC plant is responsible for all CNC works, designs, preparation and CAD/CAM engineering. Built on 2020 and complete on 2021, 1350 square meeting state of art morden automoated operation and setups enable the most efficient work flows and highly precision results.
